SMS Messaging Policy

1. Program Description

Trudelo LLC ("Trudelo," "we," "our," or "us") operates an employee SMS notification program to keep current and prospective employees informed about employment matters, including schedule changes, training requirements, safety alerts, route assignments, and important HR and operational announcements. This program is exclusively for employees and job applicants of Trudelo LLC.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or any purchase.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Trudelo by:

• Completing the Employee SMS Enrollment form at trudelo.com/notifications, selecting "SMS Text Messages," and checking the consent checkbox.
• Providing your mobile number directly to a Trudelo HR representative and confirming your written or verbal consent to receive employment-related text messages.

By providing your mobile phone number and completing enrollment, you expressly consent to receive automated or manually sent text messages from Trudelo LLC for employment purposes. You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.

3. Types of Messages

By enrolling, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Schedule changes and shift assignment notifications
• Route assignment updates
• Mandatory training reminders and certification deadlines
• Safety alerts and emergency communications
• HR announcements and company policy updates
• Payroll reminders and benefits enrollment notices
• General employment and operational communications from Trudelo management

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs and your role. You may receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month under normal conditions. During peak periods, training cycles, or in the case of urgent safety communications, frequency may temporarily increase.

Message and data rates may apply. Trudelo does not charge for text messages; however, your wireless carrier may charge for receiving or sending texts depending on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

6. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message from Trudelo. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS will be sent.
• Contacting us at vlad@trudelo.com or calling 331 231 9380 to request removal from our SMS list.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your employment status or your email notification enrollment, which must be managed separately.

Trudelo does not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or any personal contact information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes — ever.

Your mobile phone number is used solely to send you employment-related messages as described in this policy. We may share your information with our SMS service provider (currently Twilio) solely to facilitate message delivery. This provider is contractually bound to confidentiality and may not use your data for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and U.S. Cellular. Trudelo is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations or technical factors outside our control.

10. Changes to This Policy

Trudelo reserves the right to update this SMS Messaging Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued enrollment after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
